Care Requirements:
Lighting: Moderate to high (PAR 200-350). Requires stable, intense lighting to maintain its vivid coloration.
Flow: Moderate to strong. A good amount of indirect flow helps prevent detritus buildup and encourages healthy growth.
Placement: Middle to upper areas of the tank with plenty of horizontal space for growth.

Compatibility & Challenges:
Peaceful coral, but its rapid plating growth can shade out other corals below it.
Fragile edges—easily breakable, making fragging simple but requiring careful handling.
Sensitive to parameter swings, especially alkalinity and calcium fluctuations.
Final Tips:
Provide strong, stable lighting and flow, ensure space for plating growth, and monitor nearby corals to prevent shading. With proper care, Montipora Capricornis will grow into a striking, layered showpiece in any SPS reef tank!
